A Letter From the President
Dear Gibbsboro School Families and Staff,
I want to extend a warm welcome to all returning families and staff, and a huge
welcome to all new families and staff. We are looking forward to an amazing year
together!
My name is Kelly Crowley, and I am excited to announce that I will be serving as your
HSA President for the 2025-2026 school year. The HSA is planning many exciting
fundraisers and events, which we will elaborate on as we get closer to each event. If
you have any questions, comments, or recommendations, please do not hesitate to
email us at gibbsborohsa@gibbsboroschool.org.
Our mission is to coordinate the efforts of parents, teachers, staff members, students
and community members to further enhance the academic education, character
education, and recreational needs of Gibbsboro School through financial
support. Thanks to the collective efforts of the HSA, school, and community, we raised
over $22,000 during the 2024-2025 school year! With these funds, we were able to
support $17,000 in teacher and staff funding requests. Some of the items funded
include new sports jerseys, Lego sets for the Jr. Robotic Club, a sound system for the
school play, headphones, an author visit, PE equipment, and instruments for music
class. Additionally, the HSA sponsored Gibbsboro Elementary and Eastern High School
scholarships, Student and Staff Member of the Month awards, and Teacher
Appreciation gifts.
We hold monthly meetings at 7 PM, and the dates are posted in the Monthly Meeting
section of the Home and School Association section of the school website. We also
offer babysitting for all potty-trained children.
The best way you can help is by getting involved! As a small school and community,
every little bit helps. This includes becoming a member and volunteering your time for
our events or fundraisers. I truly believe that what sets us apart is the love and
dedication we have to making our school the very best it can be for our staff and our
children.
To become a member, the cost is $10 per family or staff member. While membership
does not obligate you to anything, we strongly encourage you to join us for meetings so
you can vote on issues and funding requests. We also ask that, if you are able, you
volunteer for events or fundraisers to help us make the most of each initiative.
Thank you in advance for all the support you have to offer. We truly appreciate every
member and are looking forward to another wonderful school year here in Gibbsboro!
Sincerely,
Kelly Crowley
President, Gibbsboro HSA
